Represented by: Rev. Dr. Samir Sadek Deputy: Rev. Makram Aziz The Ministry was established in 1983. Mission: Provide ongoing encouragement to the pastors and training to the leaders from all denominations in order to meet the current needs. Vision: As an interdenominational ministry we aim to meet the continuous needs of pastors and leaders through conferences, publications, and audio/video tapes. This ministry brings together pastors and leaders from a wide range of evangelical churches to unit their efforts in order to build the kingdom of God. We strive to offer our training in a contemporary manner that is consistent with our Christian values, and sensitive to our culture. The conferences held by this ministry are approved by a number of conservative evangelical seminaries. Goals: 1. Hold 3 to 5 training conferences annually. 2. Publish 2 to 4 books annually. 3. Provide year round follow-up and support to those participating in the training courses. 4. Create an environment of unity, so that the pastors and the leaders from different denominations can unite their efforts in ministry. 5. Encourage and strengthen the pastors and the leaders as they serve in Egypt. 6. Mentor and provide ongoing training for young and potential pastors and leaders. 7. Share new and proven concepts and methodology that will enhance the ministry of the participants. 8. Assist pastors and leaders with their academic training. |
