Background:
Sunday school ministry was established by the late elder Farouk Fadel.

Objectives:
- Present the message of Christ to children.
- Equip Sunday school teachers to be servants after God's own heart.
- Raise children to be vessels of honor ready for every good work.

Activities:
Regarding the teachers
- Train Sunday school teachers in local churches.
- Help teachers to develop their talents to minister the best way.
They can do this through:
* Specialized training courses.
* A monthly meeting with them every third Tuesday of the month.
* One conference during the summer and another during winter.
* Outreach and regular study sessions during church visits.
The ministry expanded and now we have a branch in Assiut, another in Minia and Abo Qorqas.  Another one will be established soon in Zakazik

Regarding children:
* Sports festivals.
* Children’s day and prayer’s day celebrations.
* Outreaches to visit churches and encourage them spiritually and academically.
* Preparations are made for the deprived children conference.
* Camps, competitions, seminars for parents…etc
The work is carried out by a team that has a heart and expertise for this ministry. Their one and only goal is to glorify the name of God, and encourage the local churches in ministering to the children.
