Media Committee is one of the Egyptian Evangelical Fellowship’s committees. It was formed in 1998 of a group of evangelical media leaders, journalists, and writers to develop media ministries among evangelical churches in Egypt and to help churches to develop its ministry using modern media technology.
The goals of the Committee are:
- To observe Christian media production in Egypt those presented nationally or internationally through radio, TV, and printed materials.
- To issue “El Engilion” (Evangelicals) magazine.
- To establish evangelical information and communication centers specialized in providing trusted data and information, and in encouraging evangelical denominations to use these data.
- To establish media training school that focuses on developing and training persons in all kind of media production.
- Creating an Egyptian Evangelical website on the internet.
- Forming a media team that represents evangelicals in all kind of national and religious events. |
